Detroit Harmonie is hosting its 2nd Annual International Experience this Saturday, March 3, 2012 at the Virgil H. Carr Arts League of Michigan located in downtown Detroit’s Harmonie Park. The evening will kick off with a VIP reception at 7 p.m and will include live entertainment, food, and music representing over 10 different cultures.

$50,000 in grants will be awarded through a competitive pitch process to social entrepreneurs creating a diverse and dynamic Detroit. The 5 finalists are Detroit SOUP, En Garde Detroit, Fresh Corner Cafe, Pony Ride and Summer in the City. I Am Young Detroit is up for a $5,000 People’s Choice Award, and there’s still time to vote for us online and at the event!

Tickets can be purchased online for $20 or $30 at the door. One lucky IAYD reader will win a complimentary pair of tickets!
